ATTENTION:
To better track finances and to keep costs down, we will no longer be providing
the option to "pay by check" with online registration. To pay by check, please complete a registration
form shown below and send with payment to PO Box 21752, SSI, GA, 31522. If you register online
and do not complete payment the registration will be incomplete until payment is received. All
incomplete registrations are automatically deleted after 10 days.
If you do not wish to register online, or have problems:
1. Print out the appropriate application and mail it to our PO Box with full payment.
